chronicle our journey to adopt our baby from China and the ups and downs that
come with it.
We truly believe that it takes a village to raise a child, so

In case you were curious, the name of our blog comes from the fact that Shanghai, China is 6000 miles away and a day ahead of Colorado. We don't know exactly where our child will be from, but our agency told us it is generally a province in the eastern or southeastern part of China. We'll obviously let you know where our child ends up being from, but for right now our baby is 6000 miles and a day away...
